Housing eras change the approach block by block
Historic Kenwood and the Old Northeast have original brick with lime-based joints and a soft face. Snell Isle and Shore Acres run to modern concrete pavers on a compacted base. Two coats, wet-look or matte, applied once the pavers read dry all the way through. Damp pavers are how sealer goes cloudy.

You look at it with us before we load the trailer. Anything off gets fixed that day, not on a callback.
Paver questions in St. Petersburg
Do you seal historic brick in Old Northeast or Kenwood?
Yes, with a lighter touch than modern pavers get. Old brick has a soft face and the joints are often lime-based rather than sand. Aggressive cleaning strips the face and blows out the joints, so it is done slower and at lower pressure.
Do you take commercial work in St. Pete?
Yes. We have done travertine and hardscape sealing for commercial properties around the city, generally scheduled overnight so the space is open as normal the following day.
The front of my house is mossy but the back is faded. What now?
They are two different problems on one property and they get handled as two line items. The shaded front needs algae treatment and a gentle clean; the sun-bleached back needs the color pulled back before sealing. Same visit, different approach.
