What we collect

One thing: what you send us on the quote form. That form asks for your name, phone number and email address, and gives you optional fields for your city, the service you are after, the surface and its rough size, and any notes you want to add.

You choose what to put in it. If you would rather not type anything, call instead.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, work out what your surface needs, give you a price, and arrange the work if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because we do not run one.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It tells us that forty people read the pool deck page last month. It does not tell us who they were.

To do that, Google sets cookies in your browser and records a shortened version of your IP address. We have not enabled advertising features, remarketing or Google Signals, so nothing here is used to build an advertising profile of you.

Two events are counted as well: submitting the quote form, and tapping the phone number. Both record that it happened and which page it happened on, and neither records anything you typed.

• You can opt out across every website using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Blocking cookies, using private browsing or running a content blocker also stops it, and the website works exactly the same either way

What this website still does not do

Analytics is the only tracking here. Everything else people expect on a contractor site is absent:

• No advertising or retargeting pixels, no Meta pixel, no session recording
• No embedded maps, videos or social widgets
• Fonts are served from this website rather than a font network, so loading a page does not tell a font company you were here
• No account to create, and no login
• Nothing sold, rented or traded to anyone

Who else handles your information

Two companies are involved in running the website, and neither is given your information for their own use:

• Netlify hosts the website and receives quote form submissions on our behalf. Like any web host, its servers record standard technical information such as IP addresses and request times.
• Google provides the analytics described above and receives the visit data it generates, under its own privacy policy.
• Our phone provider handles calls and text messages if you contact us that way.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of work quoted and carried out. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch by phone on 727-412-6020, or through the form at https://www.paverink.com/contact/ and we will handle it.

You are never required to give us anything to browse this website. The form is the only place information is requested, and it is entirely optional.

Children

This is a website for homeowners arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we add anything to the website that changes what is collected, this page gets updated before that goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
